What we cover: We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bottle openers covering the functionality of the opener.  We would love to see our customers using our products so often that they finally wear out and if you find yourself in that situation just send us your old one and you'll have a replacement in the mail.  We have also had success refurbishing old ones!  So if you have found yourself rather attached to the one you've got be sure to ask us about your options!

Because we do our best to cut down on shipping costs to you we often ship smaller orders in padded envelopes.  Because of the nature of the envelopes it is possible that shipping can damage your optional laser etched wood backing.  If you have found this to be the case then please let us know and we will send replacement backing to you, no questions asked.

What we don't: Unfortunately we can only cover our own craftsmanship.  For this reason we cannot replace your bottle opener do to defects in paint.  If you've received your bottle opener and it already shows blemishes in paint due to damage caused in shipping please let us know and we will do our best to rectify things but it will be at our own discretion.  This does not include damage caused to the ends of the lure caused by the installation of split-rings.



What we cover: If you have received an incorrect item we will correct the issue at no cost to the customer.  We must be notified of the issue within 7 days of the customer receiving their shipment at which point you will be walked through the return process.

What we don't cover: We do not cover accidental orders.  If you have accidentally placed an order or have changed your mind for any reason please notify us as soon as possible.  If you have already received the shipment we will accept returns and issue a refund minus shipping costs and a $5 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater).
